Hello,
My name is Angel. I came into the Lafayette, LA location on Sunday to purchase items for my children's bedroom. I brought pictures with the prices of each item I wanted and asked for a price match. The sales agent charged me the higher price and I was overcharged by $1300. They did not honor my military discount and stated I needed to buy a $100 mattress protector to get the 10-year warranty on my mattress which I found out was not true. The manager was very pushy and talked down to me asking why didn't I say something yesterday. I just want my order canceled and I want the fee waived. The 10 percent cancellation was not explained to me at the time of purchase. I would like to re-order everything online or possibly go somewhere with better customer service. It was a complete inconvenience for me having to go back and forth to the store. I have been on the phone with multiple customer service agents all day waiting for hours and they recommended writing a complaint because there is nothing else I can do.
