Public Storage

Today I moved my belongings out of storage, accidently left my mattress and box spring there in the hallway, we were not gone long maybe an hour, when we realized it was missing. We went back and my bed was completely gone. We had asked who been here since we left or who has been on the 3rd floor which is where my things were left, in the hallway, the worker said she did not know. Then we asked to see the cameras she said I needed to file a police report and basically get a warrant to do that? I am not unerstanding why you can't just tell me or show the cameras of the floor we had been on almsot an hour ago. We had even asked people who arrived before we left and were still there when we got back had they seen anything, they said no. Now I am in my apartment with no bed, my first apartment might I add, I had to move everything before I had to go to work so imagine how frustrated I was. I asked for coporate number she would not give it to me and we asked for her manager's number. Something is not right she had to see who was moving mattresses out of the building and loading them into a truck or something. I plan on suing if something is not done or if I cannot speak to someone.
