I was told by someone on the phone to make a appointment on line to be considered for an appointment. Well I did for my grandson and waited for the 15 minutes before the appointment text to come in. Then all of a sudden, the time bounced back up to 47 minutes, after waiting 1hour and 47 minutes to begin with, well I called and asked why, they said we had a Walkin come in before your scheduled appointment, so we took him first, you have to wait again for your appointment, but if another person shows up we take them first, she said over the phone, I said that is not fare and said I should have been first. Then I went up to the salon and waited with my grandson, while explaining to her that you all need to be on the same page when telling customers that scheduled appointments are not first. She then went and finished the customers hair, then after that customer was finished she disappeared in the back room for 15 minutes, then came out and said that she doesn't want to cut my grandson's hair tonight, to come back tomorrow, well I lost it and yelled at her that she doesn't know how to handle a business and will report her to her manager for her attitude, another girl then came over and said what she wanted to say and I told her to go back to her customer since I wasn't dealing with her, then her attitude changed too. My grandson was so angry at those little girls who don't know how to handle the public or a business. I am spreading the word to all my friends and family all over the world and the news crew about our experience with your company and will never be back to it. We have already found another great Hair salon to take care of my grandson and will continue to go there instead of your business. It's a shame a couple of employees ruin your business.
Desired outcome: That employee to be either fired or definitely retrained on all procedures of the business and the other employee to mind their own business, when they have nothing to do with the conversation.
