Every time you go into a Great Clips, the first thing they say is "did you get on the list online". So for the 1st time, out of frustration, I tried to use their online waitlist system. It was not only horrible, they lost a customer over how bad it was. I got the APP for both my phone and my MAC. So then I find out you can only use it if it is 15 minutes after they open. So I waited until they open and then my local internet provider was working on the lines and my internet went out. So I drove to pick something up and tried to use it from the wireless on my phone at that location. It then says, sorry you cannot use it as we have a 2 hour wait so they disconnected the ability for online waitlisting? I was so fed up, that I deleted the APP on my phone and went to their competitor and walked in with no wait. I came home to see two advertising emails from them with only having the service about 3-4 hours. I unsubscribed and blocked them. I have deleted the phone APP and will be deleting the MAC APP once I finish with this. It feels like this whole APP push from their leadership is about having your contact information to force you into getting a lot of ADs, and most likely your information was sold as well. I will never step into another Great Clips. I would pay triple the amount then to ever use them again. These corporations need to start understanding that people are fed up with their deception and nonsense. I wasted so much time and because of that, their CEO lost a customer. How many others have they lost over this nonsense?
