Manipulating the system.
This information is in regard to staff manipulation of the online check in app.
These individuals would use their phone app to check in fake customers to block other paying customers from checking in. This occurred at the closing shifts when they did not want to work.
They would place fake customer as example: Dan +2 or some other names. No one that was working on duty should not be putting those fake name online to block customer. This should be able to be verified through these individual’s names or phone numbers. Neither individual used their real name.
This occurred at the Saint Frances store. The two individuals are:
Jody Monserrate would add multiple individuals. She would boldly say the last customers are me. She would always put multiple persons so the last 30 munities, you could not use the app.
Sara Poindexter would always use her husband’s name. She would put Dan +2.
Sara would say the same thing; the last customer is me. I put them on there. I don’t think she realize that this affected everyone’s productivity by siting around.
This occurred when it was close to closing and the list was getting full. I informed Jenny the manager, her response was, I know.
I felt by them doing this, I lost money, also, we all lost money. This is a form or theft from everyone involved.

Right away, report this to Great Clips corporate with all the details, names and incidents. It is not right for people to distort the check-in system because it is dishonest and affects both customers as well as fellow employees. In case such things have been happening in an organization where the manager knows about them and keeps quiet; take up the matter with her superiors. Petition for a probe into this for accountability since it hurts both business and employee earnings.
