We waited 2 months for furniture, the. only partial order arrived. No hardware so they left their junk lumber in piles in my bedroom for almost a month, completely unassembled. Who does that?! 12 calls to customer care got me nowhere. Visited store for the 6th time and was told to go to Home Depot and purchase the hardware ourselves. Attempted return - 4 failed attempts, cancellations and no shows later, (not to mention 4 missed work days) I begin to demand refund. Was told "it doesn't work like that." Asked to speak to manager, "it doesn't work like that." The sarcasm from the store employees is disgusting - I was even hung up on and laughed at. Where do I turn? Still no refund, although they did finally collect their junk furniture from my house. Ordered furniture from another company and it arrived the same week.
Desired outcome: Full refund and store credit for my missed wages
