I was an employee of the hotel for two months and this hotel has no idea how to treat it's employees. They've got a 19 year old "supervisor" fresh out of high school with no respect for anyone but herself and her selfies above her computer. She hires friends and family, and gives them shifts they want, of course. Guests complain about them and how they mess up the guests reservations and how rude and unprofessional they are, etc, and nothing is said to them. Important front desk tasks are were only done by myself and one other employee, and I would get in trouble with my supervisor because her friend would tell her things I was or wasn't doing during my shift, which he wasn't around for. Then he would take her out for dinner when her shift ended if she had a tough dinner to make her feel better. When I would report these things to my manager she would say that what they did outside of their shifts was none of her business, and that the other stuff would have to be worked out between me and her. Then she didn't send me the schedule one week so I missed a shift and was a "no call no show" and the manager said it was my fault, even though I was never given the schedule or told I was on that night, so I was fired.
