I am writing this complaint after my experience today at Planet Fitness. I am very upset that I had the employee named Cathy try to turn away my uncle who had an expired credit card and was told he was all set at another location. He has been inactive from the gym due to surgery and did not have clearance till today. I am a black card member, and it specifically states I am allowed to bring a guest at any time. Cathy informed us she should not allow that to happen. Which is a breach in contract for when I signed up to be a black card member. She was trying to abuse her power and I had to talk to another manager for permission.
Desired outcome: I would like a handwritten letter to my uncle apologizing for her comments and embarrassing him.
