I have a complaint about the manager Renee Arbor. Every time I have gone to that bank it has been busy. I go between the 1pm-3pm times. There is usually one person working and 3 teller booths. The manger doesn't seem to care that there is a long line waiting and one teller working. I know she is the manager but she can't pitch in for a short amount of time to get the line going? She never pitches in to help. Whatever happened to team work and good customer service? She is seen standing right at the front next to the teller and will not assist. Meanwhile, the line is long and people, including me, are frustrated that they are standing in line for what seems to be a good amount of time and leaving the bank not very happy. I know this because we talk amonst ourselves in disbelief. Can corporate please do something about this? Thank you, concerned banker of yours.
