I purchased this item in Dec. 21 under their AcceptanceNow Finance. I was scheduled to finish paying off the item in March 22. Realized in May 22 that my account is still being deducted. I called to stop the deductions and was told to stop I would have to return the item. I agreed since I do not want to continue to pay. They have been unable to schedule within their company to pick up the item and still expects for me to continue to pay. I have been talking to their reps almost every 2-3 weeks and still no one has come. I offered to drop the item off and was told I cannot. They told me that my local RentACenter will have to do the pick up, I went there and they told me they are too busy to do the pick up. I have asked for months for the item to be returned and I have canceled the account in order to stop deductions from coming out of my account and now Bobs has put my account into collections and are reporting derogatory on my credit report. Please help.
Desired outcome: Please have item picked up and my credit be restored.

Today, August 24, 2020 my new couch, the Playscape Gray Left Arm Facing Sectional was delivered. I ordered the BOBtastic Threshold Delivery = the couch will be dropped off inside the home, unwrapped. Unfortunately because of all the wrapping and carboard the package was almost too big for the doorway. The delivery men were shoving the so couch so aggressively through the doorway the front door was slamming against the closet door, leaving a mark. Once incise the one delivery drive had his mask around his chin. I had to ask him to put his mask on. According to Bob's website, as we are in a global pandemic, "The health and safety of my employees and customers have always been a top priority." This is contradictory behavior to what I witnessed and experienced today.
After I unwrapped the couch I noticed the chaise lounge was missing all 4 legs and 1 leg on the couch was broken due to aggressive shoving the couch through the doorway. I tired to call Bob's but the wait time was almost an hour, then I messaged the contact us page. As an apology they said I could keep the couch as is and give me a gift card to a future purchase. This does not solve the problem as the lounge and couch do not match up height wise as they are on different levels. They offered to order new legs and shipped to my house. Upon arrival of the legs I then have to call Bob's (most likely wait another hour for them to pick up) to then schedule someone from Bob's to come to my house to put the legs on the couch. This is the most ridiculous and frustrating solution.
The desired resolution for this would be for Bob's to replace the chaise lounge and the couch, deliver it with their white glove service and refund my delivery fee. My contact info is [protected]@hotmail.com
Bob's Discount Furniture - anticipation euro top mattress
The Anticipation Euro Top is the worst mattress I've ever used which I purchased in March 2018. I can't sleep at night due to heat and now forced to spend $100 - $30 for a cooling topper that may/may not resolve the issue. Also, it is too soft if over 240 lbs. and too hard if under. I sent customer service a complaint and got no response.
The mattress is made in China and that speaks for itself! It has no gel filling which might help with cooling.
