When we was Arrived at our room the couch was torn and there was red spots on our sheets maybe blood stains. Went to front desk to let them know they didn’t care. Then we tried to get drinks and ice from vending machine and there are more than 500 rooms and not one of the drink machines was working. Ice machine was out of service. There was trash or toilet paper in hall in front of my room door. Went in elevator with my child the other customers and elevator stunk like weed. I am a very unhappy customer. I would like something done about this
Great Wolf Lodge - Room and stay
We stayed on May 7th to the 8th our ac was broke and we complained twice. The maintaince guyfinally came after 2 calls at 11 said he fixed it to give it a hr nothing the rooms temp did not drop below 73 degrees half the things absolve for 2 yr olds did not work. Upon speaking with the customer relations manager well after waiting 20 mins to speak with her. She then stated they sent maintenance up so there is nothing she can do. Well I had to call twice it took 3 hours from first call to get someone up there. The guys said he recalibrate the system that will cool off in the room. It never did still 73 degrees after 17 hours running the ac this unacceptable and very disappointing to my family trip on mothers day. We stayed here a month ago and came back because of the ace. This time I would never come back if it was my first. I would like to reimbursed for my room as if I knew half the systems were down I would not have stayed and if I knew we would have no ac or windows that opened to allow air in then I definitely would not have spent 1,000 for one night in total. Great Wolf Lodge - The bathroom in my room, the food, the service, water park outages and price
Apparently my toilet seat was broken in my room so when I went to sit down the seat swung out from underneath me and I just about fell onto the floor causing me to twist my back when breaking my fall. Mold was all around the bathtub. The food was horrible take a look below at the "house" made salsa and kids spaghetti with meatballs (yuck)! There was a water main break and power outages that cause rides not to function properly. The "ice cream bar" was our of almost everything... Ice cream flavors and most of the toppings not available! I reported my injury and they only offered me advil and an ice pack... Failed to follow up with me to see how I was feeling. They were short staffed and those that were working were rude and sloppy. They tried to charge me for a late check out when I had already paid for one. Prices for the arcade games were outrageous.

Great Wolf Lodge - Complete experience at gwl
We stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg Massachusetts this past weekend and mostly enjoyed our stay.
Our room was for the most part clean. The rugs need better cleaning throughout hotel and rooms.
Sheets and towels were clean and the room was comfortable.
The service from the employees from front desk, to attractions and water park were very nice. The only employee I found that had an attitude towards the kids was at the XD Theater.
The wolf and pup passes were good for the kids, but the magiquest was a bit confusing at the beginning. The kids eventually figured it out.
The pool areas are clean, safe and well staffed. The lifeguards were kind but also very focused and alert. We noticed that the splash area in the section with the wave pool gets quite dark and gloomy. Seems like the lighting might be slightly to dim/possibly insufficient.
We also noticed the same problem with lighting in the rope course area. We get the idea of the lodge and woodsy feel but a little bit more light would go a long way.
The breakfast was good and the pizza was good from Hungry as a wolf. Unfortunately we paid for the buffet dinner at the lodge wood grill and that experience was awful. The servers were very kind and helpful but the food was awful.
My wife and I had ribs at the buffet and the ribs were hard. You would have needed a saw to cut the meat off the bone. The food was cold and no one enjoyed it. I had a full plate and the plate went back full.
Overall experience we are satisfied and the kids loved the attractions.
Great Wolf Lodge - Customer service/ staff
On our recent stay for my sons 4th birthday I had requested a quite room since he is autistic with sensory issues this was our 5th stay in a year span and always request this. Upon check in our room was directly overlooking the main lobby where you can hear all coming in and the music and activities until about 10 pm every night I asked to switch rooms was told there is no other available. I purchased 3 passes for my children all of wich include arcade points went to redeem the points as well as add a 5$ upcharge to each went to use the cards and they had not points available I went to the desk to let them know there must have been a error and was told they can not help up and re issue points since it was crossed off their passes already. Our chairs were taken from our table in the water park so my children had to eat standing and then our refillable cups and pizza we bought to being to the room were also taken while taking my son to the bathroom. When I spoke to the main desk I was told there was no manager so speak to and pushed aside while they called the next guest up! I filed a complaint about the stay with chloe the supervisor was told shed contact me 2 times to discuss the issues and never did and has no ignored all emails very unprofessional I will not be returning
