I lost a filling in my front tooth. I got an appointment at Aspen Dental in Pittsfield. They took an x-ray but said they would not fix it until the next day. I would have preferred it be done at that time.
Next my appointment was rescheduled for two weeks later. I was upset but I had already paid for this filing so what choice did I have?
Two weeks had past, I went to the office and there was a note on the door saying the office was closed due to a computer outage and that they would call and reschedule. I am still waiting.
That was on April 26th, this mess started on April 4th. It is now May 17th. I want my $520 refunded.

Aspen Dental is a huge disappointment. My regular dentist said I needed a root canal and he did not have the knowledge to complete the work for that tooth. He said I needed an endodontist. The one I found that was the closest to me was Aspen dental in Auburn, Ma. I called the number the internet gave me, which apparently is their central number for scheduling. I scheduled my appointment. When I arrived, I was told they had no record of my appointment and if I had called the central number, they didnt schedule it. I said 'not my problem' I have been without my crown now a month trying to find an endodontist. This is complete negligence on their part and they told me I could reschedule later but the endodontist comes only a few times a month. Listening to some other complaints this is nothing but for aggravating. I will never go to Aspen Dental again.
