I went to your site on Chandler street in Worcester 2 times now. The first time I was in the drive thru and was told my card didn't take so they charged me twice. I didn't know this until I arrived home and checked my bank account. I tried to call there multiple times, but no one would answer.
Today I went to it again and was paying cash, I am attempting to dig out the money for the lady because I certainly won't use my card there. The lady is handing me the two coffees while I am looking for money. I go to grab them but she didn't put the lid on the coffee and it spilt all over my hand leaving it red and hurt. I asked her why she was handing me the coffees when I was trying to pay and why am I putting them in a holder and not her! She works there not me! She didn't say sorry anything.. I then told her I was charged two times last time, so she takes like 50 cents off... Big deal! So, then she says, I hope your day gets better... I was having a fine day until black hot coffee was all over my hand due to her not putting the lid on!
So, I ask again, why am I burnt?!
Desired outcome: This is the worst Dunkin donuts I have been too.. the people are talking and not waiting on people. I have a business and don't want to hear people shooting the [censored] while I am standing in line
