After my first three visits to the Regus Center provided no access to the internet, I worked with the onsite Manager to assess and trouble shoot the issue to no avail. She was quite friendly and tried her best to be helpful. After three visits without access, she referred me to the Customer Service channel adn suggested that I request an early termination of my 6 month contract, which ends in November of 2023.
I requested an early termination of my 6 month contract - since I am unable to conduct virtual business meeting required to generate revenue for my company in your office. I have raised this issue through the customer service help desk to which I was provided no solution, only to continue to pay the $359 a month until the end of November.
This is terrible service, even after the resolution specialist acknowledged the problem and apologized for it, she restated my commitment to the contract at hand. Clearly your only interest is my $359.00 a month and not client satisfaction. This is a very poorly run company and you have left me with no other resolution other than that of an attorney.

Desired outcome: I would like you to consider your clients first - and cancel my 6 month contract effective July 1, 2023 - due to the fact that I cannot access the internet from your offices and have lost valuable client time.
