I arrived at the Sinclair Lane KFC drive thru in Baltimore on Tuesday Aug. 13 2019 at 9 pm. I placed my order for a 8 piece family meal and was told there was not enouch chicken left for a family meal. I asked well how many pieces of chicken do you have. She told me...i can give you a 2 piece...unacceptable. She was far from professional. I am utterly disgused with the service and lack of care. When i go early in the day, I'm always waiting more than 15 min for my order anyway. Im told to drive in a parking spot and wait for someone to bring me my food. Even if i had to wait, that would not have been a problem...the fact that the strore didnt close for another hour and i wasnt even given an option to wait for fresh chicken is disgusting. Her tone was as if she was ready to go home for the night. I went across the parking lot to Popeye's where they closed at the same time as KFC and got exactly what i wanted with great customer service. Sorry KFC you have lost a customer.
