I had a reservation for July 28-30 arriving at hotel I had to pay before I received key (never heard of) ok I got to the room the rug was ripped all up it was poop in the toilet which was stopped up an didn't get fixed until the next afternoon then the dresser and wardrobe was broken the chair was broken the tv remote didn't work an front desk didn't have any batteries the elevator was a HAZZARD operating with an expired inspection sticker in it (4/28/2023 an breakfast the juice machine was broke so they had 2jars sitting in the window 1with Apple juice the other orange juice a basket of oranges cereal no milk it was a horrible experience from beginning to end and we don't $150 a night that was very disrespectful I'm still in shock over the conditions of the place my anxiety been high with the thought of the situation I'm not letting go something needs to be done immediately Try dissatisfied customer
Desired outcome: REFUND COMP ROOMS SOMETHING
