I visited a price Busters on 800 East 25 Street Baltimore Maryland 21218, I explained to the manager that I would like purchase a table set, I was given the price, I asked did they deliver and was told yes, as we were taking care of the paperwork I was advised that I was being charged $ 75 for the delivery, and I asked could I pick up the furniture myself and was told no by the manager, earlier I was asked could I make purchases online and was told no to this also by the manager, all of this caused me to have to put my purchase in layaway instead of buying it out right like I wanted to, later in the day I found out that your advertisement stated free delivery or pickup, also online purchases I went there with good intentions and trust in the sales team and was blatantly deceived. Why I don't know.
Claimed loss: $80 and time , mostly trust in your business management.
Desired outcome: I would like for the charge of the delivery to be removed from my bill and I would like a apology. The apology I can do without.

Price Busters Discount Furniture - Poor service and resolution
I purchased a living room set from your location in Baltimore on 25th street. The set I purchased could not be used because it would not fit through my doors. Against my intended purposes i tried to make accommodations for the living room set only to be told that the set was out of stock and a request from Price Busters to change the color which does not work for me I'd have to re paint my newly purchased home . I've asked for someone to call me on many occasions to that no response.

Desired outcome: I've been asking for a refund and for 5 days as well been asking for a call back . Ive gotten absolutely no response. Can someone please just acknowledge a customer who has nothing to show for the $1400.00 spent and now has been resold.
Price Busters Discount Furniture - Sexual harassment and unprofessionalism
A sales rep has been unprofessionally texting me outside I was asked to send a picture to verify who I was on my id and after that he was texting calling my phone, then it got to point I told him
I was not interested he told the leasing company that I recieved all my merchandise and I didn't I sent back damaged merchandise that delivered to me damaged and he lied and said I did not send it back until I sent the messages via email to the store. Since then I had issues the only one whom seemed to want to help is 1 young lady. The young man has since deleted the messages he sent me but I have screenshots. I will be reaching out to an attorney for sexual harassment.
