I was told my couch was in stock, and could be delivered on Thursday, October 1st, the day after I moved into my new home.
One week later, the couch is still not delivered, and it cannot be delivered until October 13th, well after I have guests over for a pre-planned event.
I have called numerous times, and the same response was, "it's in a warehouse in Philly and being transferred to one in Maryland. I know we are in a different time currently, but do not tell me "It's in stock, " and can be delivered by a certain date when it cannot.
I could have virtually carried the couch with a helper the 25 miles from Philadelphia to my home in less time.
I was going to purchase a bedroom set for another $2, 000+, but not now. I will also be telling my experience to as many people that will listen.
