I visited one of your stores on Sat. May 25, 2019, at about 8:15pm in Greenbelt, MD.
This store is a wrecking ball mess, trash on floor, store items on floor through out the store, misplaced items everywhere and the ice cream container is dirty and built-up ice in it. There were customers in line talking about how filthy the store is and that it is never clean. As I was leaving after standing in line for fifteen minutes with only one cashier open, until someone called for help to the front, a couple of people were leaving the store and said they couldn't shop in such a filthy d*** store. I shop in the store frequently and it is never cleaned up. Always boxes in certain aisles, blocking items. The store needs to be shut down for over haul cleaning and reorganization of shelf items and better management. The store manager seems like all she cares about is putting up stock. In the times I've visited never seen an employee with a broom or mop and bucket cleaning. I will not be shopping here again until they get new management and close the store for cleaning, etc. But I will be checking the store periodically to see if this issue has been addressed. There needs to be a Unannounced Inspection Visit by Upper Management to this store ASAP. I will also report this store to the Planning & Community Development Office, City Council of the City of Greenbelt Maryland.
