On11/13/2024 at approx. 630pm I was at the local dollar tree in Niagara Falls New York purchasing some snacks for my grandchildren. While I was standing on line, the cashier (African American female, possible in late 50s with glasses) appeared to be very upset about an incident that took place that I was not involved in or aware of. There were items on the cashier belt that were not minds. As she was yelling, I was standing on line and kindly stated to her that those item were not mine. The casher yelling at me stated "that she knows the items are not mines and to leave it alone" I was unsure what she was referring to and asked her why was she so rude to me. She yelled at me again "leave it alone" Still unsure of what she was stating, I stated that her has poor customer services and I could just go to another dollar store. She stated "Go on and get out of here". I asked for the manager and a white female (thin with reddish hair) stated she was the manager. I calmy informed her of my issue. She stated she did not see it so it was nothing she could do. I walked out of store but returned asking the manager for district manager number or contact. The manager stated that there was no district manager. I informed the cashier that I was a 59 year old professional man and she should not treat anyone as rude as she did me. The cashier "Laughed and stated" see he has a evil sprit " Again unsure of her statement I walked out the store.
Claimed loss: This store has lost a customer and i will inform all of my friends and family to not shop at that store.
Desired outcome: For all customer to be respected and for cashier to be informed/ trained of Dollar tree policy on customer services . Also apologies would be accepted.
