I purchased some craft items from store #01024 533 sw 16th street belle glade fl. 33430 on september 27 2024. I tried to return some of the items september 29 2024 the register kept saying invalid transaction. I paid with apple pay but I came home to get the physical card to see if that would work but it didnt. The so called manager had to call someone else which was not on duty and she still didnt solve the problem. Ok now today is october 1 2024 when I went in immediately the manager starting yelling stating that its nothing they can do but give me my money on a gift card. Of course I refused because I paid cash. Im now home trying to call a higher person over that ridiculously rude store they rather talk on the phone with friends than to help customers the so called manager is always outside smoking cigarettes they need to hire decent manerable people or close down I want my money not a gift card please help

Thanks im calling every number i see. I just think its very unprofessional, perhaps i didnt live in that town and needed my money to get home. I actually told the manager that im not from here i live a hour away and still nothing.
Just left Family dollar \dollar tree 533 sw 16th street in belle glade and this happened today is October 3 , 2024 and this was the attendant first then the manager. all i asked before i got on her level was my money she cursed me and boom im 43 years old but i look good i have 3 grandkids and i refuse to let this slow learning dummy distract me from that here i present to you me and my grandkids
