Dollar Tree never properly stocked

The dollar Tree at 5110 Summer ave. Memphis Tn 38117 has to be the worst one in memphis. They never have anything in it. But all you see is boxes full of merchandise in the aisles fill with stuff and workers pretending like they working. If one of those boxes fall on me we gone meet in person Mr. Dollar Tree. I'm tired going across town to shop. I'm going to contact you every week till this is resolved.

The Dollar Tree Store #05287 is just as bad. Aisles are full of clutter and a person in a wheel chair can not get down the isles due to boxes all over the place. At this store one assistant manager (Dottie) is very unprofessional and constantly is being rude and using profanity to employees and customers and their Corporate Office allows this.

Dollar Tree home store brand bleach/customer service sales associate. shelby

After I was checked out and proceeded to grab my bags and gallon of bleach from counter, I swung around to leave and bleach flew everywhere! I dropped the gallon of bleach. It had a slit in it all the way across the front! I stood there in shock! My 20 year old daughter was wiping bleach off my face and jacket. I looked at the sales associate, Shelby, she just blankly stared at me. And then proceeded to continue ringing up her customer. I was very upset! How rude! I' ll take care of myself! Thanks! I told the sales associate. I went and got another gallon bottle of bleach off shelf and left. My coat as well as my jeans, now, are bleach stained. As well as poor, rude customer service, I am out a coat as well as a pair of jeans! Thanks Dollar Tree. I am already on disability! Dollar Tree is suppose to save me money not cost me money!

Dollar Tree management

Manager Jamie, intolerable conduct and manner on 2/7/2017 and two previous visits. Bottom line is this person obviously has no people skills. She should not be waiting on the public, as shes VERY RUDE, she should be stocking shelves at best. Two words "gruff exterior" rough voice/low in pitch, very unpleasant. Not to mention while I was standing in line waiting to checkout she was up by the office door hugging and kissing on some woman, disgusted me to the point I will NEVER shop at Dollar Tree again.

Dollar Tree managers

I shop dollar tree, alexandria, la, macarthur dr. location on a daily basis. there is a wonderful new associate just recently hired. the name in her badge is janet, I don't know her last name. she's very welled groomed and extremely professional and do friendly. she's fast and seems to take a delight in her job there. she just doesn't fit in with the rest. I witness your store manager, brandy, insult janet upfront of a ling line of customers and snatch a credit card out of a man's hand and shouted at him telling he was not using the credit card machine properly. I was appalled at her behavior and was embarrassed for janet and the customer. I have witnessed ms brandy shouting at get employees and even heard her on an isle opposite an isle I was shopping on talking so ugly about, what sounded like, another employee. your other manager, alicia.. I believe that's what her name is... she's so awful! the two of them have no business being managers for dollar tree... if you base their job security with numbers, let me tell you, a lot of us are going elsewhere due to their ugliness. its a shame how they behave as managers... whoever the manager is over those two myst come and meet ms. janet, she's the only reason I will continue to shop that awful managed store. I was in there today and heard alicia say m, with a store filled with customers "no one has a badder attitude then me". she went on to say "and I don't care if they don't like it. I walked out the store and didn't make a purchase today. my daughter advised me to make a complaint. they should be fired. that ms. brandy was no where in site.

Dollar Tree the store in kosciusko, mississippi is being kept in horrible condition.

This is about the store in Kosciusko Mississippi. The store stays busy for the most and shelves are half way empty the majority of the time. I was in the store 2 days after the truck had been delivered and the pictures I am submitting will show you the deplorable look of the aisles. This is 2 days after the truck has ran. There was 1 cashier with over 9 people with buggies and the manager was outside sitting in a chair smoking a cigarette and watching. There was no one else at work. This store could make so much more money if they would put out stock instead of on floor or in the back storage room that is full at all times. In this store you always have to check dates especially on cakes and chips. I think it is because it sits in the storage room too long

Dollar Tree district manager

My name is Brandon Brady I am a store manager in huber heights Ohio. I transitioned to Dollar Tree from Family Dollar, and I injured my back here at work and have a current workmans comp claim. And my DM does not offer me support or even abide by my Dr. restrictions. My back has gotten worse since becoming employed by Dollar Tree. They threw away my personal back brace while I was in Columbus for managers training. And will not supply me with another, yet Family Dollar Manager can still order back braces with store supplies. I feel targeted, and bullied by Tyler Kritsch my DM, he comes down on me for getting behind but gives no support knowing that my back is hurting. I still have to unload the trucks and stock the majority of my store. I can only do so much and when hurt even less, but I still work as hard as I can even when it results in a trip to the ER after work. I'm tired of being bullied by this DM and need support to get my back healthy again.

Dollar Tree manager lea was extremely unprofessional and rude to my children

I was in your store today located 1212 W. Dundee Rd. Buffalo Grove IL. Around 5:30pm. The "Manager" Lea rudely and loudly yelled at my 8 & 10 yr old boys. My younger son accidentally dropped something from the toy isle and she abruptly comes flying at them and loudly shouts "pick that up and DO NOT mess up her isles, she has to go home tonight. She also yelled at my son telling him to NOT use his heely shoes in her store." She rudely went on telling them "if you take something off the shelf you better put it back the way they found it." She then tells them again she'd like to go home tonight - kapeech." Both my kids were in shock like a deer in headlights. Lea turns around and I'm standing right behind her, little did she know. I told her never to talk to my children like that again explaining how unprofessional she was and it's my job as a parent not hers. (My kids did nothing to deserve this!.) I then went on asking her why she felt the need to yell at my kids and she told me she didn't care and because it's her store and she could! I went to the front desk asking to speak with a manager and the kind cashier lady referred me over to Laverne. I explained my complaint and she apologized. My 10 yr old son didn't even want to buy his toy or ice cream he originally came in there for. He was just so upset at getting yelled at for absolutely no reason! The so called "manager" Lea should not be a role model for your company if she's gonna be extremely bitter towards kids. I will NEVER step a foot in that store! She ought to be ashasmed of herself!

Dollar Tree termination because of managers mistake

My name is Teresa Espinoza, employee # [protected]. I was working at dollar tree in Tucson, Az store #06622. We recently got a new manager named Jessica, I don't know her last name. On the 23 of Jan. I needed one dollar bills for my register. She brought me 20 ones but didn't stick around for me to count it or to take the 20 from my register. She said to just hold onto it because she was on a conference call. Being a 20 dollar bill, I put it in my back pocket so I could give it to her when she passed by again. We both forgot about it and I went home at the end of my shift. About half hour later I realized I still had the 20 and started walking back to the store when Jessica texted me about the money. I told her I was on my way and would give it to Franchesca and let her know what it was for. The next morning Jessica asked me to come in before 10 am so I did. She wouldn't look me in the face but said Robert wanted me to write down exactly what happened so I did. Later that same evening she called me in again and said Robert wanted me to re-write the letter on company paper. I asked what was going on and she said nothing, that he needed it to explain why she was 20 short but that everything was OK and not to worry. As soon as I signed it she said I was fired because it was considered theft. I can guarantee you I have never stolen from your store. I love my job and I want it back. Being the manager, per policy, she was suppose to stay and watch me count the money she gave me and taken the 20 from my register yet nothing happened to her for being negligent but I get fired? She should have been terminated if I was terminated. If she got written then I should have been written up. I want my job back if it's possible. I love my job and the customers. Being bi-lingual was a plus because alot of our customers don't speak English. Jessica has said loud enough for our customers to hear that she was ready to tell everyone to get the hell out of her store. She refused to assist a customer on her first day at the store. I'm not trying to take her job, I just want mine back. She's also stated that if I said anything about this that I wouldn't be allowed back in her store. I don't understand how a person with mental problems can manage a multi million dollar corporation and changes her mind about policy more than anyone I know. Never has any previous manager brought me money for my register and not stayed for me to count it and take the money the register owed. Please help me with this situation. I love my job and I want it back.
Thank you
Teresa Espinoza #[protected]

It's a shame when an employee gets terminated because of a managers negligence. They aren"'t the only people needing jobs. To make something clear, theft is to intentionally take something that does not belong to you and to not return it. Dollar Tree needs to re-word that part of their policy.

Dollar Tree service

I was shopping in Dollar tree one of my favorite places to shop, there was a lady that works there named Brenda, she wasn't very polite to me as well as the lil girl she was working with, I got the hint maybe a manager there. Her tone towards this lil girl was very rude and unpleasant. I felt so bad for her. The little girl was working both register and on the floor so she was coming back and forth. Little girl had to call for back up as what she said on speaker, then Brenda came up and said you gotta move faster I don't have time to help you BC your slow. Then took one person in line and walked away saying figure it out yourself, I got things to do. I felt so bad for that little girl. That lil girl continued to work and try her best and was very pleasant. This isn't the only time I've came in and she's been rude. Thank you for letting me contact you and it being so easy.

Dollar Tree cashier sharon flores

I go in there to shop every day and i get the worst service when she is working. She is rude and disrespectful. When i ask her where something is she ignores me or she gets an attitude about it. There was one day she shorted me on my cash back. I refuse to go to her line bc how disrespectful she is and she smell like heavy drugs and alcohol some times she works. I refuse to go to dollar tree until she is fired. I spend almost all my check on this store. So if you want my service i would like it if she was fired. She is making you customers and sales. There was one day i saw her steal a pregnancy test. When i was shopping.

Dollar Tree cashier attitude

I shop at the Dollar Tree in 2026 Westchester Avenue. there is a cashier with short red hair with a gross attitude she does not double bag anything you purchase even when the bag is heavy and when you ask her to she complains and one time muttered under her breath she hates her job if you hate your job, QUIT.The other day she made a comment that I would have to start paying for my own bags and I told her first of all that didn't start yet and number 2 I have reusable bags.

Dollar Tree assistant manager robert

I went in to the 23rd & Penn location to grab a couple of things. As I was checking out I went to type "no" for do you want cash back. I reached for the attached pen and he pulled the machine towards him, pushed the no button and told me I had to "be smarter than the machine"
I am a grown educated lady. I left furious.
When I got home I called up and asked to speak to the manager. The kid on the phone said he was the Manager. I asked who managed the store, he said James, why?
I told him I wanted to speak to him and he just kept saying what do you need?
I told him I didn't appreciate what he had said. He told me the manager was now on vacation, that he was busy and hung up o me.
Completely unacceptable. I am having a hard time finding any kind of corporate office, phone number or email to look into this issue.
Never again.

I don't understand why a worker could work in Dollar Tree knowing that they have to be around other people, white people and feel they can speak to them any which way, rude and unprofessional. That makes the company look bad, that is how you loose customer, I think they should be fired I go to cause I like the deals but I will not tolerate that kind of service and no one else should either.

Dollar Tree employee jessica

I happen to go once or twice a month due to the fact I do not live in that area. My daughter in law lives in the area that I happen to shop when in area. The two times I had previously went to I experienced the same girl Jessica from Griffith Indiana location. I heard her once on phone selling prescription pills. The second time I seen her either drunk or on drugs. I recommend you have her drug tested anonymously. I feel that this should not be tolerated from your company. I hope your company has a no tolerance policy with drugs and alcohol abuse. I feel very on edge seeing her slurring her words and not behaving correctly.
