A manager
The manager at the N Thompson store in Murfreesboro, TN is rude and obnoxious and doesn't belong in a managerial position. She argued with me and said there were 8 bottles of water in a carton when the box clearly said 6. She said in in a not so nice way you need to bring a single one to the register for him to ring it up. There were at least 10 people in line and she didn't call anyone to another register. People kept getting into her line and she said you have to get in the other line because I have to blow up a balloon. I've never seen such a rude and nasty person as a manager. She needs to either be retrained and put into another store or put into a lower position where she doesn't have a lot of contact with people because she isn't a people person. Your customers are your bread and butter even if your products are inexpensive. I like Dollar Tree but I won't put up with this crap from any store. It's easier for people to hide behind a blind eye rather than complain but this ridiculous and action needs to be taken this was not the first stop to this store. I have shopped from the East to the West coast and I've never experienced this kind of rudeness and obnoxiousness like this. The people are your livelihood and they appreciate your products and just because they are inexpensive doesn't mean they should be treated like low life. Please take care of this situation.
Desired outcome: Remove this manager from this store because even if she is retrained there will be resentment.
Services are next to impossible to get at the store.
The dollar tree at 705 Cortez rd Bradenton is a pig sty. There are boxes all over the place, carts full of boxes blocking the isles, shelves are empty, toys and other item all over the floor. Most isles you can't get down at all with a cart. Boxes of chip or snack cakes are stacked so high that you can't get the items out. When you ask for help you get a rude comment from some of the help if you can find anyone. If you do find what you are looking for then checking out take for ever because they only have one lane open. During this time the manager and other employees are standing outside smoking.
Desired outcome: A clean well stocked store and employees with customer service.
I have noticed this at the DT store on 600 S. Kings Hwy MB, SC, at times you can see 2 male employees outside holding hands and kissing
Manager failing to do her work
I shopped the Dollar tree store today. Once I got to the long line at the register, I noticed the manager and one of the store associates standing outside the store smoking and looking at there phones. The line in the store was pretty long. The manager looked inside the store through the window and obviously noticed the long line. They both didn't seem to...

Recently, I went to my Dollar Tree in Beaver Dam, WI, which is my store of choice. Employees are always kind and curious. When things are not on the shelf I have been directed to where some boxes may be, so I can look and get items myself, which is no problem for me. The boxes are sometimes placed outside the restroom.
I went in for bleach and none was on the shelf, so I went to where the boxes might be kept by the restroom. Sure enough, there was a box of bleach, so I opened it and grabbed 2 bottles and put them in my cart.
A bathroom door opened, and an employee named Sandy saw what I was doing, came out of the restroom and said, "You could have asked someone for help". I said, "I've been told in the past, if I don't see it on the shelf, I can look for it here". In a sarcastic way, she said, "Really"?
I was just about to walk away, then turned back toward her and said, "You could have also filled the shelf too". I do not need this kind of attitude or to be treated with disrespect when coming into your store. If this continues, I will shop elsewhere.
Desired outcome: Training of how customers should be treated
Not having enough registers open y'all got eight of them and only one working with 20 people or more in line from different directions
I don't mean to complain but this is about twice today that I go to the Dollar Tree and I left my basket there about 20-25 people in front of me only one cash register open did tendon call for assistance to whoever she was calling to and they never showed up and I sat there another 10-20 minutes and they still hadn't opened another register and this is not the first time I walked out pretty of times before as well y'all extended and made the store bigger with more registers but it don't make no sense if you ain't got the employees are the managers running to store properly sitting in the office or in the back which I've seen two people talk in the back or in the office and I know they can see through that two-way mirror when you have a line but I guess they don't care where is running to Victoria store on Houston Highway the way I look at it the sooner you get your customers out the better service you have the more money you would make today when I walked out I was not the only one people standing in line complaining just so sad poor management even the supervisor should be there and give him a lesson on how to run the store and if they don't want to work get rid of them find me some good managers and supervisors I know I've been there but they train me properly and customer is always right I wonder how bad is going to get now that the holidays are coming up corporate office should come get unannounced and go to the Dollar Tree do some shopping and see what happens and look at your employees I would be on top of this because it happens too often I know you'll have to stock and unload trucks and your pay schedule is pretty good so if you have a slow person it doesn't want to work get rid of them or start them at the lowest pay you can a fast person they would move and do what they got to do and I appreciate the high pay those are the ones you need I know because I work for myself and I do work for two-and-a-half people or three and my hands can't keep up with me sometimes but then yet they want the high pay that doesn't fly with me thank you and sorry for the complaints just thought I'd let you know cuz it's been going on for years sometimes yes service is good 1 out of 10 bad rating to me is about turning your money twice as fast by getting your customers out quick and your customers be happy you would get a lot more customers today I left and I went to Walmart thank you and God bless
Desired outcome: Nobody ever came to the other register so I left even though the cashier announce it over the PA and she needed backup
Mask mandate not followed
I was in the Dollar store at Adams Farm, Greensboro, NC today. The mask mandate sign was clearly posted: however on entering the premises I saw at least 12 customers, at least 3 employees all without masks. When I asked the mask-less cashier why they were not enforcing the mandate she did not answer, so I asked why she did not have a mask on. Her entitled...

store 6302 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, Fla [protected], 6738
I have been shopping at the Dollar Store at (my receipt says 6302 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, Fla [protected], however the address on computer says 6310 So. Dale Mabry, Tampa, Fla [protected].(store 6738) I have been shopping at this little store since it had opened. i was happy they opened this store. I like some of the cashiers..it HAD been a clean store. I had gone in there many times after the the trucks came in, and they always seem to find employees to empty those boxes and get them off the floor...I was in there 4 days ago and the floor was black, like someone had spilled cigarette ashes and smooshed it around the floor.boxes all over...So I decided to quickly go there tonight...that store still had black smooched stuff all over the floor...boxes everywhere, aisles were inhabitable...could not go through with cart as it was in such disarray. One lady left all her stuff and left as it was dangerous just to go down the aisles. The cashier answered her saying, I told you it wasnt safe! I do not blame the cashier, but I do blame the Manager...How could she go home and leave the store so filthy? In the couple years it has been opened, it has never been in such bad shape! Now if I want to drive 5-7 more minutes I can go to the one at Brittain Plaza, 3908 S. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, fl33611-1408 store 974. I went there on Oct 16th (after leaving the other one on that date) and that store was clean! They had a few boxes on the floor but nothing like the other store. Why cant they send employees to help this little store...clean up and get their supplies out? They need more employees at the little store...this is a bad name for Dollar Tree.Thank you, [protected]@aol.com!
Cleanest
I shop tree dollar a lot but store 91 is the dirtiest store I have every been in u boats all on the floor and the floor is a mess. I spent anywhere from 100. To two hundred within three weeks. But today that store was the worst I every seen. boxes all in floor toys on floor. my husband is handicap walk with cane. shopping cart sitting around full is stock.
Desired outcome: Cleaner store

Your Black Olives
I have in the past ALWAYS bought your black olives...They were called Bell's and the very best I have found anywhere. You recently changed to a brand called UTOPIA and they are horrible. What happened to the Bell's? I will not buy the others at your store...they are horrible. Hope you bring the Bell's back! Thanks for hearing my rant. Sue Lash Angola, Indiana Store customer.
Employee
As I was waiting in line of at least 20 people, a tall thin black walked right up to the counter and put his things down. It happened to be my turn next and she called me over. I went over to the cashier and thanked her for taking me because he was butting in line. The guy started yelling at me saying he can do whatever the hell he wants because he work...

Was being checked out when lady behind me asked if there was more staff to open registers... There was quite a line of customers waiting as I did for the 1 check out. The staff member said "no... There is no one" then told customer she should just shut up and stop complaining and deal with it... I was stunned. The lady asking was being nice in her manner...
Read full review of Dollar TreeCustomer service and product availability to customers. Merchandise never put out but was purchased by a manager.
I was recently in a dollar tree and noticed that there were a lot of blankets that were not put out. There was a manager Tiffany that claimed that they were in back and ring it up at five dollars. However she had another manager change the price to one dollar. She informed me that dollar store employees have first dibs on all merchandise. She also was with another woman that she gave blankets to purchase. This person was not an employee.I was told that Angela another manager was on vacation. This Tiffany was rude and made a derogatory comment as she passed by my vehicle towards me. I would like to know what kind of business does this.
Desired outcome: Answer and she needs customer service
Store Manager
The store manager in Fishkill, NY (Denise) has lied to me multiple times after my job interview. It was for freight unloader. She asked me with a dirty look if i was serious. I guess because I'm only 6'1" 193lbs that I'm unsuitable. I assured her that I do 1 set of 50-75 pushups before I leave the house in the morning. She told me that she was going to call me on a Monday, which I believe was 10 days after the interview. She had 3 more interviews. She never called me so I went back. She claimed she still had more interviews. I still never got a call. So I went back today, 11 days after she first said she was going to call me and she first said she had more interviews. Then she changed her story to they don't need anyone at this time. I didn't raise my voice or swear at her but I did call her a liar before I left the store.
Desired outcome: Phone call [protected]
An employee of your company is allowing her friends to steal while she turns her head.
Ashley Leuschen of Erie, Pa has been allowing her friends to steal as much merchandise as they wish. I know this is happening because I was in the store and when I left there were 3 guys in a van parked outside of the store who were arguing among themselves whether to go back in and steal some more, in their words, "Ashley said we can only do it 3 times". They were bragging to themselves what they had stolen and how much they could sell it for. They didn't know I was sitting in my car that was less than 10 from them, a middle car made it impossible to see me sitting in my car after I had come out of the store. I am making this report because of inflation and how and why prices are going up and they are one of the reasons why. I was smart enough to go back inside the next day and ask Ashley if they were hiring and she said yes that's when I had asked her for her last name.

I had a long discussion with the store manager this morning and I am satisfied with the steps that will be taken to ensure this type of activity will never happen again! Thank you C.B
Dirty Surroundings!
An accumulation Garbage on side walk and parking lot is ongoing, can the store manager get the premises cleaned on a regular basis? it looks really bad. I go to all the dollar tree stores in Queens and this store is the only one with the surroundings very dirty This is the store on 14580 Farmers Blvd in Jamaica Queens.
Unethical and rude behavior by manager and worker. Tahlequah store
10/5/21 An elderly man was trying to get help with money back on bank account. The manager was being so rude to him so i helped the guy get phone # 4 complaint and asked Manger Heath for name and I did call them [censored] and elderly man left when this was fixed. A worker was hollering around the store about me while I was there; I asked her name and she got in my face with bulging eyes and hollered Jackie. so i kept shopping and the Manager Heath came and told me that if I didnt stop causing trouble i would have to leave and I said is that right and he said yes. So I just left my basket there; I was so embarrassed and about to cry. So I am not shopping at this Dollar Tree any longer. The disrespect of those workers was terrible; especially to that elderly man. I shouldn't have had to ask for their names; they should be wearing name tags and their clothes looked like they wore them all week. I am sorry but that old man would probably still be there and them doing nothing to assist... But when you ask an employee their name; they are not supposed to get in your face and scream their name at you. I know you think i am exaggerating but I am not. Like from time I walked in and I was shopping and they still didn't resolve issue so that is when i told him to get your name and call cooperate it did not go well from that point and an employee shouldn't be talking [censored] about a customer while they are in the store. Something needs to be done about the disrespect and when I asked Jackie her name; honestly I thought she was going to hit me and that's why I went on shopping and then when he told me that if iI couldn't stop causing trouble that i would be kicked out well that's when I thought why would I buy anything from these people.
Desired outcome: I want them written up and she needs to be fired; who does that, Oh apparently Jackie
tamara talley
is the dollar tree going to rasise its price
