Bought a card for Roblox for 25.00.Went home tried to activate card said is was already redeemed. Contacted store spoke to Rob at store on Oswego road Liverpool NY.Said he would look into it contact me back.After 3 hours no call.Called back all I got was cashier balances card was run thru register. Rob refused to give me name or number of district manager. This was on 2/21/25.Rob was very flip and unconcerned. Very rude on 2nd call had no intention of helping at all. My personal opinion he never checked anything.As he asked on 2nd call what register again.That tells me he never checked on the register to begin with.This store needs total revamp all the way around,has needed this for a long time.Store is just unorganized all the time.Aisles constantly blocked with stuff to go on shelves,yet ones not on register either standing around or standing outside front door smoking.
Claimed loss: Just the 25.00 game card bought for my 16yr old Autistic nephew.
Desired outcome: Money refunded to buy new card or a new card issued. I'm not asking for anything more than what I'm out. Because an Autistic child does not understand receiving a gift he can't use. That's sad.
