Jiffy Lube

I recently went to Jiffy Lube in Maryland 10602 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117. I went in for a oil change on 9/13/23 and the next day on 9/14/23, my engine blew. My truck was 5 years old, less then 100. 000 miles and I have never had any issues before going to this establishment. When I called after the engine light came on I was told to bring it in. while on my why my truck over heated and wouldn't longer drive began smoking. I called Jiffy Lube and they two hours later and towed it to your shop. I was told that it wouldn't start and the manager would check it out the following morning because it was late. That next morning I called and was told by the manager that the person who did the work saw the leak but did not say anything. Now if thy were able to tell me that I needed filters and other preventative work why not tell me I had some kind of leak? When I questioned the manager about it he changed the story and told me that no one saw a leak. I had to rent a vehicle and go into another car note because of this locations negligence.
