Complaint ref: Store Manager - GLORIA
Complaint: On the date and time specified above, I was treated disgustingly rude by this manager when I brought in a pair of jeans to exchange or to get a refund if my size was not available. (Fitting rooms were closed down) The jeans were purchased one week prior to this. The item still had the original store tags and had not been worn. I also had the receipt of purchase.
I was told she will not refund nor exchange my item because the tag registers as an athletic item not as jeans. The tags were on the jeans when I purchased them. No other reason or resolution was given. Her attitude was anal and snooty towards me.
I am a repeat customer and have been for years. I travel an hour to shop at this store twice a month with my family.
As a business owner, I am appalled that this manager felt she could just dismiss me and walk off offering no other solution.
I was in complete compliance with your policy. If the store tag was in error that was the fault of the company not mine.
Desired Resolution : Customer service training for this manager or
termination
I also desire an apology from (her) face-to-face.
