I called re: a delay in delivery. Itd been 25 min¬ cooked. Employee said "Del. r 1 1/2 hours. Its right online." No it isnt or I wouldnt have ordered. He snapped & said "I have 6 ppl on hold & cant deal w/ u."
I said"Nice customer service" &hung up. Had he been polite I wouldnt have gotten upset, but he implied I was stupid & not worth his time. After all that, he cancelled my order.
Desired outcome: Hes the manager...fire him.
