Kelly Services - worker's compensation

At the beginning of October I was injured at work. I took a day off to manage the pain but when I couldn't I went to Urgent Care who demanded that they call my employer. The Kelly Representative, Anita Blair, demanded that I tell her what happened even though I didn't want to. Because I gave her the whole story I thought she was going to file the worker's comp, even though she never offered it or mentioned it. Her report was supposed to go to AR an the supervisor of my supervisor at my job. She never did that either. I and my doctor's office keep trying to contact her regarding the worker's comp but she refuses to do anything with that either. I know I have options to file it myself, but this has got to be the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen in an employer and also illegal. I'll be pursuing my legal options after this.

Update by Tabitha Pettinger

As an update Anita claims to have already started the paperwork and I should have (according to her) gotten my paperwork in the mail. She is claiming that all of the delays are my fault and that I didn't do what I was told in orientation 3 months ago. She said that I quit the day I went to Urgent Care, which I did not, I quit the job she put me on. At the end of the conversation I asked her if I was still employed with Kelly and she said of course; they're main purpose was to make sure I was taken care of. Then we get to her voicemail and emails and it's nothing but the blame game having nothing to do with my injury but an obvious attempt to make me look terrible and to make it look like she has been doing her job all along. She even said she sent me an email with another assignment the day OF my injury but I am such a bad person, I didn't reply. I have no such email and I'm waiting for her to resend it, if it exists. I have lost all confidence in her and refuse to have any phone conversation with her. I told her this in an email so that maybe she can keep her stories straight. To top it all off she is siding with my supervisor even though he is the cause, along with his sub leader, for my injury.
