Taco Bell - Order line

I was trying to purchase 2 Burrito Supremes at Taco Bell, M-139, Benton Harbor, MI when I was told I needed cash only and the exact amount. When I said I had a coupon (buy one get one free) I was told that my coupon was printed w/o permission, They didn't even know where the coupon was from, I had used 10 in the last 9 months. I gave up and left. They were so rude, I couldn't believe it. The car in front of me left also after attempting to talk to someone in person.

Desired outcome: Tell them how to treat a customer and I would like an apology. It would be nice to be able to use my coupon (expires 6/2022)My address: Thomas Mashak 1985 S Blue Creek Rd, Benton Harbor, MI [protected]@outlook.com
