I've been going to the same speedway for 7 years now. (1258 E Bristol rd, Burton, MI)
There is an employee there that alway has something to say about what I purchase. It not his business what I buy or how much I buy. And it definitely not his place to judge me. The first few times it happened, I just let it go. But it keeps happening. He makes me extremely uncomfortable. So I've decided that I will no longer go to that speedway, as long he is at that store. I have no idea what his name is. Because I've never seen him where a name tag. This employee needs training on customer service.
Desired outcome: Training on how to talk with customers. Or move him to a different store.
