Order #[protected], delivery date 8-4-19
First, the delivery date was changed 3 times. I missed 2 days of work because of this. When the order was finally delivered I did not get any hardware and was missing the observator cross bar that was ordered as well. The order was not in a box, each individual piece was handed to me at the time of the delivery and the driver had no idea why it was like this. Since this date, 8-4-19, I have been trying to call to get the order complete and have what is missing sent to me. I have done everything that I was told to do, being send an email and you will response within 72 hrs, this did not happen. I have been trying to call and have never been able to get to "after sales" which is who everyone tells me I have to talk to. I asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor and was told there weren't any there. I've been on hold for over an hour and no one ever came back to the line. I've called over 50 times as I was told there is nothing anyone can do to help me and all I can do is keep trying to call back. Today is 8-11-19 and once again tried to call first thing at 9 when you open and got the we are experiencing high call volumes and cannot take your call at this time message. The shipping prices are terrible as well. I had to have it shipped to my sister's so I could save on shipping and then for a $5 piece that is missing along with screws I have to deal with this. It is totally not worth it. I'm done trying to call this company. I want the missing parts sent to me and I want a refund. I have gone above and beyond what a customer should do to get things completed on an order that was screwed up by the company, a company whose customer support is terrible and appears they do not care about their customers at all.
