On Tuesday 9-3 I walked into Kentucky fried chicken at 5pm. By 5:30 I still did not receive my food.
Employees were walking around singing, drinking while making customers food, floors were completely dirty. One employee was running with a ton of trays almost slipped on the door dropping the trays, a supervisor was sitting in the back on a box, I would love to put this all done but it would be multiple pages. I ordered my food at 5pm and customers came in after me got there food first. Me and two other lady's were waiting for our food and I had to say hey why are these people getting there food and we are not, we were told oh sorry computer must have been messed up. The restaurant was dirty, employees on there phone, drinking pop while making our food, touching everything with gloves on - not to mention they must not be educated in cross contamination. The list goes on. I will never step foot in the Chelsea place again. Managers never apologized, no we're sorry, no here have a discount or anything. But the employees can stand around drinking pop and singing and be on there phones instead of cleaning the restaurant and actually working.
Poor customer service and poor management.
