Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went to firestone auto repair on 3/27/2021. I have front end noise. Everytime I hit a bump in the road, the car jumps all over the road of which, is very dangerous. However, I went to fire stone located at 14595 livernois ave detroit, michigan 48238 and was diagnosed as bad ball joints and tie rod ends. The mgr assured me that this was my problem. I agreed to allow him to proceed with the repair. Afterwards I was called and told that the issue was resolved. I was charged $830 for the repair. When I got into my car I noticed that it was closing time. I got a half mile down the road and noticed that I had the same problem. I called and told the mgr and he told me to bring it in on monday morning.. I was the first customer there on monday I left to go to work and on my lunch break I was called and told that the brand new struts I just had installed was the problem. The mgr went on to say that mansfield auto sells remanufactured parts and that they would install the the original struts made for my vehicle. Again I trusted his advice and was charged $679 for the repair.. Again I was driving down the street and discovered the problem had not changed. This time I confronted the mgr and he told me to bring it in again in the am... These people were interested in the amount on my cfna card and not customer service. I also discovered that the bbb has several complaints against this entity of fires stone auto repair..
