At the speedway gas station located on west Leonard right by us 131 the young kid always has an attitude and acts like we owe him somthing always talking down to those around him ! I stood there for 5 minutes while rang me out because he would rather text on his phone ! I had a simple order n didn’t buy gas just a snack and a pop in the same time he he works he is talking and texting on his phone while there are 8 people waiting in line ! I understand the area is kinda ran down but there is nothing professional in the store ! I was trying to get the recipes for my payment and he looked at me and laughed and threw my quarter underneath the glass and went back to texting on his phone ! I know that good workers are hard to find ! but how did anyone hire this kid !? I work in customer service and sales ! N this is frankly not any kind of customer service what so ever ! I couldn’t get the reciept so I couldnt get the store number but the address is 400 Leonard NW ! I will not go in this store till it’s under controll! This at about 9:50pm none of them on night Shopify even clean ! I’m Farragut to get fountain pop or coffee as it’s so filthy ! Today is the 8th of September ! Sort if this complaint isn’t reall put togather I had a long day at work taking care of customers
Desired outcome: What ever needed !! personally I think they should all be replaced or send them to some kinda class ! It’s the worst place I been to as far as speedway !!
Speedway - Chased off after purchasing items.
Hi, I was at the Speedway on 400 Leonard St NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504
I had just purchased some things, and stepped outside for a couple of minutes to wait for my fiancé to pick me up, but was told I could not 'hang around'. I was there for two minutes, waiting to be picked up. I had purchased things. I do not appreciate being chased off like some I'm some homeless nuisance. I'm not going back to this speedway, even though it's the one I go to daily. I'm done.
Desired outcome: Tell the people there to be polite, cause that was rude as hell.
