I had a rough experience with a Pharmacist that acts like she doesn't like to answer questions. I was confused about an asthma inhaler product and thought some inhalers were HFA and some weren't. My mistake but, she was very rude and intimidating about my confusion. As a Loyal customer I would have wanted to be treated as that instead of being treated less than. I was trying to explain to her the differences in the inhaler and I preferred a specific brand over the other and could only think of the color of the brand inhaler that I wanted. Instead of her being understanding and helpful she was very rude and condescending. Because of her I will not be returning to this specific pharmacy located in Harper Woods, Michigan.
Kroger - unprofessional behaviour by kroger customer care
On 6/7/18, in women's Kroger rest room in Harper Woods, Mi, I was pulling the napkin out from the napkin holder, its cover popped out and hit my nose with loud noise, the woman in restroom came rushing to ask me couple of times if I was OK. I checked in mirror & I didn't see any blood, so I checked out and mentioned it to Lisa (supervisor/Clerk of front desk). I told her to take care of the problem in rest room before someone gets hurt. She asked if I wanted to see the manager, I was in a shock & said I will wait @see, afterwards I left home, and did cold compress and took Tylenol hoping the pain will subside.
As time went by, I was not getting better; my nose was swollen, had pain in my forehead, cheeks, around the eyes, so I went back to Kroger & filled out forms given to me by manager Greg. He mentioned Sedqwick will contact me about this.
So Loretta from Sedqwick/ Kroger Customer (# [protected], ext 38691) called me on 6/8/18 to enquire about it, I mentioned to her about the accident, with above undergoing symptoms I had, & will go to Dr If symptoms didn't subside. She told me to call her or Yadia on same # above, to let them know if I went to the Dr. Things didn't get better as my nose was swollen, had pain in my forehead, cheeks, around the eyes, still so I saw Dr. Peter Rodin on 6/11/18, he diagnosed me with head injury, suggested taking Tylenol with hot & cold compress on forehead, & to avoids any strenuous activities. I should be seeing him if things didn't get better. As for today I have lingering pain in my nose and it increases when I lift/strenuous activity and I am feeling lousy trying to recoup.
Sedquick /Kroger care, Loretta or Yadia, fail to respond to 4 messages left on their answering machines (# [protected], ext 38691) on 6/13, 6/15, 6/27, 6/29. I mentioned it to Kroger mgr Halle of HW, Mi about Kroger customer, she claims she doesn't have control over customer care, & I should contact them directly. As my calls are not replied, it seems like the same old thing as customer care office is vanished & negligent.
I don't know what's going on with customer care as they are unprofessional and rude causing stress, as I left 4 messages, without any response. I would appreciate if you could look into this matter as it has been stressful with this especially when I am trying to recoup. Loretta wanted to handle my Dr.'s visit, because she wanted me to let her know when I saw the Dr, & now she disappeared.
I have been going to this store since late 80's, I like the store and employees as they are friendly. Thanks and I appreciate your help, if you take care of this.
Sincerely
Pamela Waldrop
