Aspen Dental

I went to Aspen Dental for tooth pain. They said my teeth were not aligned causing grinding and I needed Invisalign otherwise the pain would continue. I was also given a deep cleaning on the right side with the Left side to be scheduled later which they said was insurance related. The cost of my service was $6950.00, they included a discount coupon $1500, Insurance discount $724.59, insurance benefit $395.57 which made my out of pocket bill $4, 329.84. I got the right side deep cleaning but cancelled the left side until I spoke to the insurance. I spoke to Aspen dental to cancel the remaining appointments and get a refund for services not rendered. She promptly gave me a refund of $375.70 and then turned around and billed me for $375.70 which is going to collections.
When I spoke to BCBS they told me they had not gotten a claim then and have not gotten a claim as of 12/12/21. I have called Aspen Dental on several occasions; I have been told they had the wrong insurance number, which I provided multiple times. I called BCBS to try to be reimbursed for the payments I made, they told me the dentist office has to submit a claim.
