Oak Park, MI. 20950 Facility. I've tried for three weeks, calling the (248) 206-4294 / (248) 968-2503 number from the hours of 0930 to 1700 Hrs. No one answers the phones at any time or any day of the week I once had someone answer, they placed me on hold and never returned. I left a message and to this day no return call. I called again today, and they answered the phone and then hung it up and the phone went to voice mail for the remainder of the day. I called the 1-866-247-6620 Corp number, and that number as well goes straight to voice mail and continues to do so for over ten days. You take my payment monthly, which is always on time, but I can't speak with anyone on the phone. This is the worst customer service I've ever witnesses or been apart. I have contacted the BBB and reported the many attempts to reach the Oak Park facility and the Corp. Facility. Your professionalism, work ethics and prompt service are POOR. I will never store any longer at your facilities and will strongly recommend anyone not to use this company. I have recorded phone calls to both CORP 866-247-6620 and (248) 206-4294/ (248) 968-2503 Oak Park, MI. 48237. I also gave you a rating of ZERO and the BBB was notified.
Desired outcome: I will remove my stored items ASAP
