Took my 2018 into Belle Tire for an oil change and tire rotation at 4990 miles. After the oil change the manager of Belle Tire rolled out my front tires on my F150 and said "your front tires have very serious flat spots on both of them and that I shouldnt be driving on them. I looked at the tires and visibly felt and saw the flat spots. The manager said they would rotate the tires to the back, however the back tires that are now going to be on the front are going to wear the same way as the others because the front end has never been alligned at the factory. The Michelin rep who was there also said that no tire should wear like that at 4900 miles unless the allignment had never been set.
I took the truck back to Blackwell, which they had for 2 days and they said they realligned the front end. They also insenuated that I had been using my truck to tow, which is farther from the truth as anything. The truck is used for recreation purposes only... I asked if they were going to replace the bad tires on the truck and they said no. The Belle Tire manager said they should be replaced, but Blackwell is basically saying he is a liar..
All I want is these 2 defected tires replaced as they should be. I will never be able to rotate the tires correctly with 2 tires that have permanent flat spots on them. I also notice that on the Blackwell work order it says and I quote "checked caster camber toe reset front toe, performed scheduled tire rotation. Why in the world would you rotate the tires again when I just had them rotated at Belle tire. Now I have the defected tires on the font again according to their work order. You got to be kidding me. Please take care of this matter for me asap.

I already sent you the information. 2nd request. If I do not get a response this time I will not be renewing my lease with Ford and will go with Dodge Ram.
