White Castle - Southfield, Michigan White Castle Manager "Dustin" and discrimination

I just left the White Castle on Greenfield in Southfield, Michigan after waiting OVER 21 minutes in the drive-thru line. I had a coupon for 5 free white castles when I purchased same. I was charged for 5 cheeseburgers and that is not what I ordered. I ordered 5 white castle burgers with NO cheese.

Dustin looked at me and said "I ain't giving you the difference back" when I explained I was overcharged for the 5 white castles. He started arguing and I told him I had never had a problem like this before. He shrugged his shoulders and then laughed with his co-worker while I was in my car.

I have never been as frustrated, insulted and treated with such disrespect as in this situation. If this is how White Castle deems fit... to have such so called employees (let alone Managers!) work at their establishments, I will chose to go elsewhere. I won't do so before telling everyone I know, including the media, what transpired at this particular White Castle establishment.

A very, very upset former customer.
