White Castle - App order double mistakes

I placed an app order for my wife and I. Put in the desired time and made my way to the restaurant. We arrived and I heard my name called. I acknowledge that I had an app order. Apparently someone in the drive thru also had one. I told the front counter that I had an app order and need to pay. The manager approached me to ring up the order. She quoted me a price that was incorrect. She then corrected the price from her paper work. I paid and waited. I was given my order a few minutes later and sat down to eat. The order was not correct. I returned to the counter and told the employee that this order is wrong. The manager approached again and said what is wrong. I told my order is wrong and offered my reciept to get it right. She said I know what you need and walk away. I waited again for a new order. The new order came up several minutes later and I was told it's perfect. The manager made it. I returned to my table ready to eat and the bags of food was a repeat of the same previous bad order. Now we have to wrong orders delivered to me. I returned again to the counter. The manager again returns to me. I tell her the order is still wrong with the same food. Now she ask what did I order. I told her and she walks away. While waiting another customer comes in from the drive thru with the wrong order that was placed on the app. I ask what her order was. She had mine twice and I had her order twice. Two different names, so not difficult to fix. Finally got my order correct, but no apology. No compensation for the mistake. I don't think was handle correctly . Desired outcome: A proper compensation for a delay and mistake that could have been corrected sooner.

White Castle - Paid 20.00 for my order and it was wrong

I order 2 double cheese burgers and received 2 burgers without cheese.
I order 3 single cheese burgers and received none
I order 4 cheese burgers received 4 burgers no cheese
Ordered french fries which was correct
Order large cheese stick which was correct, everything else was wrong
Very disappointed in this company right now, the workers couldn't even get the order correct.

White Castle - Food!!!

Again we ordered food and had someone deliver it (more money) and it was wrong again... I never complain but I have to this time... We order food from the southgate castles maybe once a month and I always order cheeseburgers with ketchup and mustard and not one time have we got ketchup... It's been years... It I never complained... Well this time I have a couple drinks and didn't want to drive 4 blocks so I ordered it threw the delivery company (my wife did). So I ordered cheeseburgers with no pickle and ketchup and mustard... 20 of them... All 20 had pickle (extra pickle) and no cheese or ketchup... I just don't understand how they can get that wrong... Like I said I never complain but this is crazy... So I just lost it of money cause I even paid the delivery guy extra tip and I can't even drive up there to fix this and i'm not paying for another delivery... I don't want free food or anything like that I would just like someone to talk to this store cause it's been happening alllll the time... I'm. Or the smartest guy in the world but I don't understand how the order can be totally opposite than we we order...
