Aspen Dental - Dentures

April/May 2022 I went in for dentures per my 5 year new denture plan with Aetna. I decided to give Aspen Dental a try. Bad, bad experience. I paid almost for a set of dentures (no extractions needed). These dentures are literally fall apart in my mouth. I asked that they be secure enough for me to not have to use a boatload of Poligrip everyday, but I am. the lower partial is smooth instead of kinda jagged like normal teeth, and have caused a big shift in my bottom teeth. the uppers are so bad, my teeth cannot be seen when I smile...they are just AWFUL, and if I don't have enough Poligrip on them, they actually hurt...I'm sooo upset some days I want to drive to Ypsialnti and put them on the desk and ask for a full refund...I need a resolution because these ARE NOT GOING TO LAST THE REQUIRED 5 YEARS I NEED THEM TO LAST...

Aspen Dental - dental work

My name is Roger Mesler I Went in office on 4/3/19 for a filling in back tooth after a few days noticed pain and discomfort went back to dentist office on the 15th of April they told me it would need a root canal, went back in on may 9th told them was in pain been taking ibuprofen multiple times a day for pain and they told me they would get back to me which they did not had to contact them and they told me the earliest they could do it would be the 26th of June that I should take Tylenol and ibuprofen together for pain and offered a antibiotic for infection and said it would be 3 and a 1/2 weeks until anything could be done can't eat without pain and I'm taking pain medication like candy Have contacted my attorneys office due to the amount of medication I have been taking due to pain I didn't have any pain before Aspen dental touched that tooth and figured something was wrong when they went for an X-ray before completing filling now to get this resolved I had to miss 2 days of work and drive an hour north of me to have root canal done on June 7 2019 and they said he might not do it then no guaranty if he will could be wasting more time and medication yours in pain Roger!
