I went to Aspen Dental on 4/8/2019 for a tooth extraction. Told them I wanted the price before continuing with extraction. I was sitting in the chair, my husband in the room with me. The financial person came in and told me it would be $329 total and had to be paid in full upon leaving office. I agreed and paid the amount in full when leaving office. A week later I got a bill for $164.00 for charges I was never told about and if bills have to be paid in full upon leaving office why wasn't I charged that at the time I paid the $329? I am refusing to pay this as I was never told of these charges. I will also contact BBB.
I called the office the day I received the bill, and was told they would call me back. Never heard from them, I had to call them back.
