The store located at Vicksburg and County Road 47 in Plymouth Mn currently has the worst store manager possible.
I have lived in the area for 10 years and until recently we have always been able to ensure we could get our coffee or donuts, cash from the atm etc. before work, But for the past few months, the store has had several mornings where it has not been opened and upon inquiring it has been due to the store manager not making it a priority to be there at opening time and apparently, she has some personal preference as to why she isn't. She is not a very fit store manager, also argues with customers and goes behind the counter on her days off or off shift in pajamas grabbing her own lottery tickets. That gives customers a bad taste especially not knowing who she is.
Just recently I noticed the favorable employees have all quit or been fired. A young man by the name of Anthony has been a great employee always going above and beyond during his shift even when he was the only one there. I heard he was let go.
Many mornings I have walked into the store to the store manager I believe her name is Margo on the phone facetime and on speaker talking while barely helping customers. Her attitude is very bad, and she has been seen having an argument with an employee and cursing at the young man with customers in the store. I feel as if the store and the customers are not her priority as a store Manager, she should not be one. This store is falling apart, barely stocked and barely staffed.
Desired outcome: I believe this store is in need of A dedicated store manager and not Margo. The young men that were staffed there should be offered their jobs back but not under Margo as the manager.
