Joe's Crab Shack - Server/bartender shoulder checked me

My family and I visit Joe’s Crab Shack in Branson several times a year. We live in Amarillo so it’s an 8.5 hour drive and it’s our favorite place to eat. Normally, the staff are very friendly and the food is the best! This last experience was mind boggling. We sat in the bar area at a table, and the girl who took care of us was incredibly rude and just quite frankly didn’t care. She was aggressive when bringing us the things that we asked for. We had ordered two buckets and I had asked for a third. We were delivered a half a pound of snow crab, and while that was delivered she was eating at a table behind us. I waved to get her attention, she came up and when I told her that we asked for a bucket she said, “well the kitchen is behind so it will be 45 minutes, do you want to wait,? I said, “so you put in the wrong order and now we need to wait 45 minutes?” She said, “yes, but you said to add crab.” Understandable if she misunderstood. But she walked off. We had to ask for a manager because she wasn’t taking care of us. After I talked to the manager she walked by and shoulder checked me! We had over a $200 tab. When leaving, after we had to ask for another bartender to check us out, I walked up to her and asked if I could talk to her. I was dumbfounded by the treatment and just wanted to ask her what happened. She said, I don’t think so. I haven’t never in my life been greeted this way by anyone. Not only was she completely in a land of “I don’t care” but she physically shoulder checked me. I am mind blown.

Desired outcome: We love Joe’s. I understand that people are who they are but this server was rude, aggressive and physically made a point. That’s not ok!!!

Joe's Crab Shack - Service

Service we received in Branson, MO on Branson Landing. My sister and I took a little vacation to Branson. We had dinner the evening of Dec. 15th, 2021. It looked like a very calm, relaxed place. There were 2 rooms for dining. One with couples and very calm, the other I suppose a family room or at least a room with large tables. 2 of us were placed between 2 large groups of family's with a lot of small children. Very loud unruly children that were running around bumping into our table and chairs. Knocking are table so hard spilling the drinks. Now we were just looking for a nice seafood dinner. We are not at all against families and children, we both have raised children and have grandchildren but something should have been said or done. My sister finally couldn't take it anymore so she went and asked the waitress if we could be moved somewhere more quieter. A man from the kitchen came out and was not very nice and told her they would be leaving soon couldn't we just stick it out. By then my sister was so upset. She said no, they either move us or we were leaving. Well they did move us. By the time we finally were able to eat our food was cold. We spent well over $100.00 on a miserable time and cold food. We were never asked if we needed anything. They just brought us the bill.
