I was so disappointed.
On Monday, April 19, I had my sister pick up an order for me curbside at the Bridgeton, MO location (St. Louis, MO) for the new Crispy Orange Chicken Bowl around 5:30 p.m.
When she brought it home, to my surprise it was a completely different bowl (grilled chicken with lettuce, etc.).
They only have (2) spots for curbside; so I don't know how they could have mistakenly mixed up these two very different bowls.
I paid $9.80 for something I did not order; nor did I really like it.
Please ask the order takers to check and make SURE they are giving the right order to someone (they must have gotten my orange chicken). It's very disappointing all the way around.
Desired outcome: It would be nice if they would replace it with the RIGHT bowl. I don't think I want to get it at that Applebee's.

The orange bowl chicken isn't new. It was a very popular item for years but then some self-righteous Karens complained about the calorie content so it was removed. It is back by popular demand. Now, having said that, Applebees owe you an orange chicken bowl. Also, always check your order before leaving the place of business.
