Church's Chicken

Hi, myname is april l kelley I worked at church's chicken for maybe a total of 16 hours spread through out a couple day's that is bad for much problems as I had just to get a 13.50 hour check. I was told by cindy that works nights and covers alot of bob's shifts when he leaves town. I could not have my check untill monday and kathrine ali told me that checks were dated for friday's but we got them on sat she didn't know why nobody asks they just get there checks and go on with it fine with me. Cindy was not going to make me wait tell monday for my check that check was for the baby's birthday everyone knew that. That besides the point she said the reason I had to wait was because I quit. You can't make me wait all the other employees said that is not right and they need to quit playing and just give me my check and they told me I could not leave the store untill I paid for the food I owed. Fine again, but when cindy is handing out buckets of chicken to a guy named train in the grey van who brings her to work or she drives it her self he is with her. I hope there is cameras, that is what bob said that he has cameras so if I steal he will know who stole it the first day I started. Cindy has given food to her sister right over the counter taking the extra pennies that the customers leave incase someone else needs help like they did. They trade things for food. Bob the manager today screamed at me while I was on the phone with kathrine he was yelling through her phone over her shoulder yelling at me to bring his damn money back. After kathy got him out of her ear she said bob said bring the money back and he'll give u all your check because I don't think that is right to be giving someone else free food and make the people who work here pay full price that is crazy. I got there to church's today with a police officer because they can't keep my check just out of spite and that's what cindy and bob were going to do make me wait tell monday just because I quit because there always yelling at you or talkng to you like your'e stupid they have no respect for there employees or there customers 13 people walked out because bob was wanting a yelling contest they said they would eat somewhere they could get some peace for once the lady said ya'll are always arguing amongst each other or yelling at the top of your lungs and bob just looked at them and shrugged his shouldres and they said well we won't be back here again. One of the employees told him 10 people had left right before that. He said he don't care cause he don't bob is there only for the money he put his hands in my face with a pen or something a couple times today hope that was caught on camera so I can press charges against him he lied to the other police officer that came when my boyfriend told him not to put his hands in my face again that is disrespectful just cause I don't work there I get that kind of treatment that is not exceptable ut of anyone much less someone who is planning on opening another store in kansas city. I called the better business beauro and the boone county health dept because it was either work with 100.5 fever and other things to mention that should never have been brought into any restraunt everyone knew I was sick if they say they didn't there lieing or loose my job I have worked for alot of fastfood places and managed a few that manager is out of control and he has no empathy for anyone or anything and he's trained his soldiers to be the same uncaring people he is. They curse when ther are children in the building they do not care they say they can take those damn kids home if they can't understand them on hte intercom they yell at them and be rude I have seen so many people just turn arround and walk out or leave the drive through and leave there food church's chicken is a joke that place should be shut down I have never been so angrey and disrespected in my life never have I seen my employees be that unpleasent rude and uncaring I just first would not allow that tipe of behavior I hope the tape from sat the 5th of dec is pulled so someone can see the manager in my face trying to erase my hours after cindy the manager stood right there infront of me told me how to add my hours asked her did I work tue looked and yes I did bob tried to cross that out so I took the peice of paper from his hand so somebody who cares can take care of this matter from here on out. Got my checkstub hours for next check now after cindy right infront of the camera helped me feel out my hours after bob askes her 10times did april work tue she said yes then about the 10th time she got hte hint and said no if you show me on the camera that I am not there I will not bring that to my attorney's attention that is bad I have to hire an attorney just to get my pay check. I have quit a couple places and never have I been so disrespected most places customers are number one not like the cockroaches they have crawling on the floor at church's it's descusting grose. Iam still owed for the 3 dollars to cash my check other people are allowed to cash there check somewhere else and pay for there food they said they were so I should too I have police with me what am I gonna do run off with his 6 dollars of food and. Just hopes someone looks into this it got pretty bad before I even got there bob was screaming over kathrine and my conversation poor management
