My family went to Popeyes tonight November 2nd to get the family tender meal with two sides and a chicken sandwich. We had ordered the meal 20 minutes before we arrived. When we pulled up to the window they informed us that they were out of the chicken sandwich but did not have our order. So we were parked to wait while they made our meal. After 30 minutes of my daughter in law went in to find out why it was taking so long. She ask to talk with the manager and she said she would check into it. Then 10 minutes later she comes back and gives her one coupon for a chicken sandwich. When my daughter in law ask about the meal we ordered she said she did not know anything about it. So she had to go find our mobile order. By that time my daughter in law was showing it to her on her phone. Next the manager said she would bring it out to the car when it is ready. Another 25 minutes went by then she brought it out. No apology just handed to us turned around and walked off. Additionally we ordered two sides and only got one which we realized after getting home. This is the worst customer service we have ever had. Being kind goes along way when you make mistakes. I think an hour and five minutes is an unreal amount of time to wait then the manager acts put out because she had to make our order and bring it to us. I think this location needs some training on accuracy and a responsible manager. I love Popeyes as does my family but we were all very disappointed with tonights service.
