Recently I have had poor service at the Popeyes in Maryville, TN but today was the worst.
I walked in and asked if they had 12 pieces of dark spicy chicken. I do this because the last 3 or 4 times they have not had enough for a 10 or 12 piece take out order.
The person at the window said they only had 12 pieces of dark spicy chicken and if I bought all 12, that would "ruin it for the next person". I was astonished by his comment and said, I'm here and want 12 pieces of dark spicy chicken.
I paid and my order was filled and I drove home only to find my order included 3 breasts and 3 wings along with my order.
I am disgusted by this type of service and if I lived closer, I'd have returned to file a complaint at the location. For $42.00 I would think I should get prompt courteous and ACCURATE serivce. I will be sharing this same review on every available website.
This Popeyes has been a hit or miss for the last year or so and if there was a different location to choose from, I'd never visit it again while the same group owns and runs it.
Claimed loss: I paid 42.00 for my order and the order was incorrect. Money is not the primary issue.
Desired outcome: A response from Popeyes Corporate office saying they will look into this franchise and monitor the business and customer service complaints.
