Sunday Aug. 11 approx 1:15pm. Drive thru order 8pc classic bucket bundle $30.16. Got home opened box 4 legs, 4 thigs. $30.16? No wings , No breast. I called to complain and was told I did not specify. I was not ASKED FOR SUCH. I am the customer not a mind reader. Very dissapointing after following a friends referral. Simply poor customer service. Store on Varner, Palm Desert, CA. 10896? Paid with debit card, no receipt in bag.

Seems like Popeyes decided to redefine what a "bucket" should be. Could've been worse — you at least got some chicken, even if they forgot what a proper order looks like. Maybe next time, they'll remember that customers aren't there to play guessing games.
