Today at 4.30 pm. I went to order food from Popeyes drive thru with my wife, got to the service window and was told they only had certain items advertised at Popeyes to fill the order. I asked the csa at the window and his manager could they just fill the order with just a few more of the items they did have and was told no. Throughout this process, I have never been talked to and treated so poorly as a paying customer. The window csa asserted his name was Henry when I asked. Never before have I heard of a request being turned down in such an obnoxious way by a fast food corporation. Report the event via their website or customer service hotline after recording the time, address, and names of the employees involved. If needed, seek justice and better customer service direction from that place. I would possibly even consider no longer giving them my business. You deserve respect for your money.
